Referral Partner Program

Overview
Canada Business Loan Experts partners with trusted advisors and intermediaries to place commercial financing for small and medium businesses across Canada. Our Referral Partner Program is designed to turn your client relationships into a recurring profit center by connecting your clients to our lenders for loans, lines of credit, equipment leases, AR financing, merchant cash advances and other commercial products.

Who we work with
We welcome inquiries from a broad range of professional partners, including but not limited to:

  • Accountants and bookkeepers
  • Lawyers and corporate counsel
  • Business brokers and M&A advisors
  • Business consultants and CFO/financial consultants
  • Financial advisors and insurance brokers
  • Mortgage brokers and commercial real estate brokers
  • Equipment suppliers, payroll providers and franchise advisors

Benefits for partners

  • Additional revenue stream from client referrals (compensation arranged on enquiry)
  • Professional, confidential handling of client financing needs by an experienced brokerage
  • Fast triage and qualification so clients get timely options
  • Reduced time spent sourcing financing and managing lender relationships

How the program works (simple)

  1. Refer — Introduce a client by email, secure consent to share basic information, or forward an inquiry.
  2. Qualify — We conduct an initial assessment, advise on suitable products and request any required documents.
  3. Place — If the file progresses, we present lender options and manage underwriting, keeping you informed. Compensation and next steps are confirmed per our agreement.

Qualification & compliance
All referrals are handled under strict confidentiality. Partners should obtain client consent before sharing information. Some files may require a signed brokerage/referral agreement and standard KYC documentation. We will advise you of any compliance steps needed for a given referral.

What we typically need to start
To evaluate a referral quickly, we usually request: business name, contact details, brief description of the funding need, estimated annual revenue or monthly card sales (if applicable), and permission to contact the client. Additional financials (P&L, balance sheet, bank statements, merchant statements) may be requested for underwriting.

Marketing, tools & support
We provide basic partner materials on request, including one‑page product summaries, email copy, and a short onboarding call to explain our process. For active partners we can discuss co‑branding, priority handling and regular deal reviews.

Compensation & agreements
Compensation arrangements are available and structured to align with the partner relationship. Specific terms are discussed case‑by‑case and formalized in a simple referral or brokerage agreement prior to payout.

Next steps / Contact
To discuss partnership opportunities or refer your first client, email [email protected] or use our contact page. We’ll respond promptly to arrange a short call and outline the next steps.

Notes
We treat all referred client information as confidential and will only proceed with submissions where client consent is confirmed. This page provides an outline only; full program details are provided during partner onboarding.
